In the past week our scouts and our scout interns, watched 87 youth national team games. The scouts focused on the U21-U19 and U17 youth national teams from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Armenia.
In the next 8 weeks, we will have a special focus on these youth national teams, for several reasons, but in regards to the education of our scouts and their “football language and mutual understanding”, to create a platform of knowledge, that we can use to benchmark youth national team players, but also benchmark our scouts and scout interns.
We will use different models to grade the players, from these focus teams and we will benchmark players and we will benchmark the data, that our scouts create, in their phase 1 and phase 2 reports, in the end to compare different opinions on players, from different scouts, coming from different places in the world.

All our reports in our football scouting database, is based 100% on our scouts individual reports, on a football match, watched either live or through video scouting.
