Consultancy
We provide clubs and federations with our comprehensive services, leveraging our experience, expertise, and extensive network in the football industry. We assist clubs in establishing effective organizational and structural frameworks, including designing their scouting structures and internal continuous professional development programs. Additionally, we offer external educational resources. If specific tools are beyond our immediate capabilities, we facilitate connections with the appropriate experts.
Recruitment
Our goal is to help our partners build an optimal recruitment platform for identifying and hiring the best candidates. We operate internationally, serving a diverse range of clients - from smaller clubs in Scandinavia to renowned global sports clubs, federations, and agencies.
Scouting
Through our partnership with Football ScoutLaB, we offer extensive coverage of Northern and Central European countries, providing both youth and senior-level scouting through live and video analysis. Football ScoutLaB delivers impartial external scouting support to clubs, federations, and agencies as needed. As we do not represent players, we maintain an objective perspective in all our evaluations.
DEVELOPMENT
We are dedicated to facilitating the personal and professional growth of football professionals. This is achieved through webinars, online learning platforms, and our high-profile events, such as the International Football Conference and the Danish Football Conference, held four times since their inception in 2018. Additionally, through Football ScoutLaB, we offer online scouting education and mentoring programs to further enhance expertise and skills in the field.
